Just before I put an article up about it, has anyone seen or used this?
https://www.itv.com/itvplayer/knightmare
It looks suspiciously like it's possible to rent episodes of Knightmare online (series 1 only though).

Interesting! (It says it's Series 3, not Series 1... a lot of people will be happy to see this!) I wonder why four of the episodes are missing?

I saw the reference to series 3 and I originally thought they were all available.

Hmm, this link just takes my iPad to the itv player app which is a 30 day catch up service with no archive content...
Sounds promising though! A step away from putting episodes on iTunes for purchase.

The main site says that you need to pay to rent the episodes (for a month).

That's interesting, series 3 with 3 episodes missing.. lol
If they get a complete package and allow people the option to 'rent' per series that'll be cool too. I've never had a lot of luck trying to stream from ITV before, sadly.
Come on ITV, put them on dvd.

Re: Knightmare episodes on ITV Player?
Well spotted, Alan! This may relate to something that ITV talked about doing around the time of the Old Skool Weekend but didn't really do at the time: 'Additional episodes will also be available to view and rent online at http://www.itv.com/itvplayer for an exclusive period giving viewers the chance to re-live their favourite childhood programmes.' It seems too good to be true, and the missing episodes plus lack of publicity only fuel my scepticism.
I wonder how this would affect Challenge's chances of acquiring Series 3-8, assuming they do want to at some point in the distant future.

The links don't seem to be working. You get to the site, I then type in Knightmare in the search but it states no match found. I have only tried this on my phone. Does it work on a computer? Won't have a chance to try this til the weekend.
The only way is onward, there is no turning back.

Site works for me, it tells me I can rent an episode or 79p and wants payment details. Maybe because you're viewing it through a phone?
