Re: the adrenaline rush

You know it's a good programme when, while watching recorded episodes, you're tense even though you know what's going to happen.

Re: If You could change one thing?

More plot elements (though opinion is divided on this one)... each dungeoneer affecting the next is a good idea.

And of course, it shouldn't have ended <¦-)

Welcome to the board.

Re: Favourite Baddie

Tony Robinson was great as the Sheriff <¦-)

Lord Fear and Scarkill are my favourites from Knightmare, but the best villain ever has to be Kefka from FF6.

On your way....
Like an eagle.....
Fly as high as the Sun

I can't actually think of anything else good, other than to point out Lord Fear's heavy metal armbands and even heavier metal helmet.

Re: Funniest moments

Because Barry was the most confident and talkative dungeoneer ever, with Matt in second place (S6Q1).

And don't say they don't exist. Someone in my Hall built one and fired cabbages at the more upmarket hall next door.

Mike & Angelo was great.

Re: Hi all.... which episode??

I remember watching that episode, but I couldn't tape it for some reason. It was the same episode where letters started appearing in places around the dungeon, and I think it was actually from the early stages of series 4. Your guess is as good as mine, though.

And welcome to the board.

Unintended Knightmare references in films

Time for me to start another offbeat topic, I think. This one is to post the references to Knightmare, or similarities to it, that you've noticed in other places. Anything from the obvious, through those that have to be read in to more, all the way to the downright ridiculous. For example, in Indian...

Re: "Knightmare II: The Dark Talisman" g

*Collapse* Another strange thing is that text adventure games frighten me a lot more than they should - it's the way that they describe what's going on rather than actually showing it, I think, and there's no pace to it but it fools you in to thinking there is. "There is a threatening little dwarf i...
