The Dunshelm Players: KM-Today
Just as an update, there will definitely be another audio project available for download from Christmas Eve, a sort of 20th anniversary Xmas present, if you like. It's not an audio play as such, it's just a rather silly comedy sketch, and it's not part of continuity or anything. It's also very much a rushed hack-job, so please don't expect too much from it, but at least it's something new.
There'll be more details available about it here at the weekend.

Now available... KM-TODAY
The website's been given a minor facelift, and, a couple of hours early, there's a new page you can download the MP3 from.

Re:COMING SOON FROM FREEBIEVILLE...
Huge buzz throughout. Which isn't very pleasant. I may have to extract the noise so I can listen to it properly.

Yeah, the whole thing was very much a rush job, and it really shows. We might re-make it from scratch some time next year. Depends whether we think it's worth the bother really.

Re:COMING SOON FROM FREEBIEVILLE...
I listened to only the first part and that is impressive enough for me. I can't seem to do impressions at the moment, theres a horrible bug going round and everytime I try to impersonate Skarkill I nearly choked to death!

If the only way is onward how would you get home for tea??

Very funny.
I particularly like Hordriss's unerring deadpan style.

I haven't met anyone over the last three weeks who hasn't got that bug. We were stopping every couple of minutes during recording the sketch to get coughing fits out of our systems.Fidjit wrote: theres a horrible bug going round and everytime I try to impersonate Skarkill I nearly choked to death!![]()
I'll pass on your congratulations to Ruzl... like he doesn't have enough of a swollen head already.Eyeshield wrote: I particularly like Hordriss's unerring deadpan style.

Good thing about the Isle of Wight is that we're pretty isolated, except for those few stragglers who are idiotic enough to cross the Solent.

Sounds like the lurgy's still made the crossing though. Makes you wonder what other dreaded mainland diseases might be heading your way... *Evil grin*
