Knightmare Episodes over Christmas
If anyone hasn't got the exact times for the 2 episodes over Christmas (they were just under the three hour "Cult Christmas Collection" programme heading before), here they are:
1st Episode, 23rd Dec. (today): 2.55pm, repeated 9.55pm
2nd Episode, 26th Dec. : 3.30pm, repeated 10.30pm.
While I'm sure some people will watch the Cult Selection in its full glory, that should help the people who only have time to tune in for Knightmare.
Your programme information comes courtesy of my lovely green staff and Sky remote control. If the SkyGuide has it incorrectly, don't blame me.

My plan of action, aka Operation Festus:
1. Watch Knightmare on Challenge?
2. Shortly after, go to their website and tell them how much I loved it and how I'd love to see lots more of it in their schedules.
Warning: this post will self-destruct in 10 seconds.

I haven't watched it yet because I only get the analogue cable service of Challenge?. I'm going to have to set up my VCR (which is much easier said than done) before 9:55 pm today and watch (and record) it then. ???

Not to worry. Challenge? Have bought for 10 showings of each episode. Although it's a tad confusing as in january they'll've used 4 repeats for the first two episodes and then only 2 for the other ones. hmm. Spoke with the guy at challenge? btw and he highly doubts they would show Knightmare on FTN as he said FTn aren't interested in showing those types of programmes (through challenge on there btw)

Watched it @ 2.55 today, and I must say it is BRILL in stereo, and superb quality of course.
I thought Hugo looked rather well in the documentary, although his ohh nasty was not filled with the Treguard acclaim we are used to.
I also contacted the Challenge? people and expressed my desire to watch MORE series' of Knightmare, and to be honest they really sounded rather positive, they are just looking to see how KM does in the ratings for any possible series after that.
Lets hope they were good!

No. atm, they have paid a license to show each episode 10 times. They can of course renew that after if they wish (it's a bit like sci-fi how they didn't renue their contract)

Re: Knightmare Episodes over Christmas
The problem here is: If they get good ratings, then Anglia will put up the price of the series', which means if Challenge? wish to buy more series, the price could be a lot higher.
That worries me, if too expensive, Challenge? may just forget about buying any more.

Re: Knightmare Episodes over Christmas
I see your point. And I seem to remember mentioning something similar on another thread. But as I also said there, I'd hope Anglia are realistic. If Challenge don't show repeats of it, then most likely no-one will. In that situation they'd be getting no revenue from the show, whereas if they sell rights to Challenge? at the fairish price, they're guarateed a decent income. I'd hope, therefore, there would be a price acceptable to both parties. The problem here is: If they get good ratings, then Anglia will put up the price of the series', which means if Challenge? wish to buy more series, the price could be a lot higher.
