Re: CAN YOU BELIEVE IT?!
It appears that he and a couple of others are still hurling abuse at people, especially at what seems to be at one particular individualThat Keenplayers guy who reckons he is being hacked has done nothing but hurl abuse at me and other fans for the past couple of weeks. Continuously.

Re: CAN YOU BELIEVE IT?!
That Keenplayers guy has just put a list together of the people who he says are his friends, just like an immature school kid!

I don't dare venture near the Challenge? forum. I just don't dare!...

Re: CAN YOU BELIEVE IT?!
It might not hurt to post a few new Knightmare threads there. I post there but do not go down to those immature poster's levels!

I was just asking why their forum makes me feel like I'm back at primary school again!

LOL I'm glad I'm not the only one who is somewhat less than impressed with the Challenge forums lack of conduct and sensible ways of dealing with immature posters...

I've never visited this forum and I certainly am not going to now. Too many tyrekickers.
Oh look there's J.G. Ballard in a burnt-out fridge with a spitfire pilot.

Re: CAN YOU BELIEVE IT?!
It's really hard. Forums tend to develop their own cultures. (Heavens, that sounds so darn pretentious.) Once a tone gets set it's hard to change. I also think there are a lot more genuinely immature people there than here. Also, it's not in any real way a "community"- for the most part, people just have their own programming interests, and don't care much about offending people who care about something else. I guess it's best just to ignore or not read the stuff that doesn't interest you, but some people instead decide to hurl abuse at threads that aren't on their own favourite topics. Oh, and some of the Challenge? mods are a bit heavy handed. Thankfully, it seems that they've finally realised this. I doubt it'll have an immediate effect on certain dumb posters, however.

Is there any point?
Pickle, while it may be tempting to go over there and retaliate, after all - why should we sink to their level to get our own points across?
Knightmare fans have done their part - we've gotten another series underway, and negotiations for another. If we keep pushing the wrong buttons, even under another ID, there's a chance that everything we've struggled to get may be halted altogether, and nobody wants that.
If you find the IQ level there too stifling, or the immaturity through the roof - then don't bother with those who cannot be reasoned with.
Sounds like the challenge forums are run by goons and power-hungry buffoons - so just let 'em rot in their own sub-intellectual hell...it's not our problem.

Re: CAN YOU BELIEVE IT?!
I agree entirely. I don't think it would help. I also know that at least one of their forum moderators reads the contents of this forum extensively, and so it would probably be known as someone from here, and thus do us no favours whatsoever.
