A couple of weeks ago I found this fantastic track by a London four-piece act (despite the name) called Bolt Action Five. Tree Friend Tree Foe is a tribute to Knightmare with numerous references to the show within its lyrics, and the single was actually released as a limited edition vinyl release on the 19th March this year.
You can have a listen to "Tree Friend Tree Foe" by visiting their Myspace and clicking "Tree Friend Tree Foe" on their music player (the site also contains a Dan Le Sac remix plus lyrics):

Also worth visiting is BAF Soundsystem (for a couple of additional remixes):

Re:Bolt Action Five
Thank you very much for drawing attention to this, James. Wall Aid was fun, and I like to think that my song parodies are decent, but TFTF is a proper, original, energetic musical tribute to Knightmare! Excellent. BAF's Blogspot page has another version of the track, the Cleft Palettes Remix, which I'd recommend.
Knightmare: Kid-worthy, Naasty, Inspiring, Groundbreaking, Humorous, Treguard, Mesmerising, Adult-worthy, Rewarding, Essential.

I've recently made a vid for "Tree Friend Tree Foe" - five years after first hearing the song I thought it was about time that someone combined the song with some screenshots from the show that it's actually dedicated to, which up until now had not been done on Youtube. You can watch the vid/song by clicking on the link below:

Nearly 15 years after its release, I recently acquired one of the limited green vinyl editions of the "Tree Friend Tree Foe" vinyl. Interesting that only 500 of these were ever made:

I've found a few mixes of this on my HD. Notably I have the "Princess Sparkle" Remix (in addition to the original mix), but I'm loath to share it without permission from BAF or Princess Sparkle herself. I may post it somewhere if there is sufficient interest.
I also have a janky version of TFTF which I performed live. There are plenty of remixes, but I'm fairly certain I may be the only person to ever attempt a cover! Here is the MP3, although the quality isn't great.
