Here is a parody of Up The Junction by Squeeze (lyrics, video). This is about the Geek Week episode.
I never thought it would happen
That Knightmare would finish napping
Although it's very common
That Knightmare's not forgotten
Here in their modern fashions
Dan, Emma, Phil and Ashens
They met a cleaning lady
Perhaps we'll call her Daisy
They're here for an adventure
But Treguard's got dementia
It all looked very tragic
Then someone said, "Use magic"
Treguard regenerated
Was once more venerated
And when the team were well met
On went the famous helmet
And soon they met Sylvester
A lazily named jester
Who asked them for a bauble
Then he told them not to dawdle
Now at 11 minutes
We wonder if they'll win it
And if the time will fly past
And then they find a spyglass
And no one will get bored here
It's Lissard now and Lord Fear
A new communicator
That might not make him greater
And nothing's underacted
When they speak of arachnid
He throws a ball of fire
The team must flee a spider
At 15 minutes 50
They guide Stu rather nifty
Away from Ariadne
And leave her with a bad knee
And having bombed and stressed her
They meet again the jester
He blows away the webbing
Then downward they are heading
They've hardly started searching
When they meet with an urchin
To Daisy she's a mean chick
And too young for the Queen Vic
'Cause Ariadne's hobbling
Lord Fear calls up his goblin
The team must nick its sticker
Or they'll end up in rigor
Alone there in the Dungeon
I fear Stu might be plunging
If he steps on the wrong tile
And he could fall a long while
And they on Slice Me Dice Me
Don't space their jump precisely
And so it's my assumption
They're really down the Dungeon

Re: Parody of Up The Junction by Squeeze
This is masterful! I seem to recall thinking just recently that there ought to be a parody of this song, but didn't have any good ideas for it. Yours worked amazingly well - genius lyrics! "They're here for an adventure / But Treguard's got dementia" is my favourite couplet.
