Re:Video(s)???
Sorry, David. Knightmare's never been released on video or DVD. We have tried to persuade Granada Media to release them but they haven't done so far.
And before you suggest, please DON'T ask anyone to make pirate copies for you. See the FAQ for the reason why.
Welcome to the forums though.

We all hope and pray for a decent VHS/DVD release one day...one day...Until then, be hopeful you'll get Sky fairly shortly!

I don't see why you shouldnt be allowed to get them. If they were to bring out a DVD do you really think we wouldnt buy it REGARDLESS.

It's a taboo issue, Dunshelm. Please don't let's go there.

Re:Video(s)???
Plue the possibility of them being a v.decent copy is unlikely due to age of the video.ten(long miserable yrs ) since the last episode on CITV. I would want the best copies available to watch. So it is worth waiting for and to keep on trying to get the TV companies to release KM on DVD/VHS.

Re:Video(s)???
With challenge aquiring the exclusive rights to buy series of knightmare episodes, no other channel especially terrestrial is allowed to show them. It's abit like the premiership football. hopefully with any luck granada should should release all series on DVD or video.

Sadly, this is a regular request and even more sadly it's a request that cannot be granted, by these routes at least...
If you've read previous threads (Thank You if that's the case ) then the position will hopefully be pretty clear by now.
Failing that there's a section on tape trading and related activities in the 'FansFAQ' edited by Martin Odoni. At the moment I type this a link to the file can be found on the front page of www.knightmare.com .
Thanks for reading and apologies that we can't help

Re:dvds or vhs
Hi Natalie, welcome to the forum.
I'm afraid there are no plans that we know of to release Knightmare on DVD or VHS, and there never have been to this point. There have been many, many requests to Anglia TV and Granada Media over the last seven or eight years for a commercial release, and for a while they did seem prepared to consider the idea. But there's been almost total silence from them on the matter since 2003, and there seems very little chance that there ever will be a legitimate release of the series.
Sorry to sound defeatist, but I can promise you, this is a road that many of us have trodden many times over the years, and I'm sure I'm not the only one to have given up hope.
Hope you'll stay and join in with other discussions on the forum though!
