Re:Own a winners trophy!
Hi. I must admit I would personally say not to sell the trophy - another winner asked about seling their trophy and somebody said something lie "it's something that has to be earned" - the trophy is the symbol of winning - I don't suggest selling it.

They're all right, you know. Knightmare winner's trophies are one of the few things a man should tresure forever. And to sell it for a PSP would be, if you'll excuse my frankness, incredibly stupid.

PSP's will be out in september so better start saving now for getting one here instead of importing one, keeping the trophie is well worth it.

Man, its one of those strange things...
Most of us dream we had one, your offering it to us and were turning it away! I think that shows real dedication to the dungeon

Re:Own a winners trophy!
I'd say it's hiltono's choice whether he sells it or not. If I'd have won it (I was too young to even apply *sniff*) I know I'd probably sell it.
Why?
Because if it was just hanging around my bedroom, there's a distinct possibility I would stab myself with it, and end up breaking it. I'm clumsy.
But really - it's his choice. He has the memories of having it, the proof of winning - and as we ALL should know by now - it's not the things you own that prove you won Knightmare - winning Knightmare is a thing to be proud of in itself. Just knowing he won is more than enough of a prize! And if selling it can gain him some peace of mind now, then good luck to him.

Sidestep right.

:| why? PSP's arent good. DS is but anyways thats beside the point. knightmare trophies are way too rare too sell. they're like one of about 15 or something. i dunno but for a PSP where you'd be one of 50000000 or summit, i'd be sick if i had a trophy and i sold it.

Re:Own a winners trophy!
Well someone has bid on it now so too late really! As I say the whole which console is best thing doesn't really apply, my money issues at the moment are my basis for selling and as had been said I'm not a sentimental person, I have my memories, I know I won and can always prove it to anyone anyway, the trophy is just a (very very nice) piece of metal. In all honesty before I went on knightmare I was never a huge fan and I believe a real fanatic will get alot more satisfaction and pride out of owning this than I ever really will. Hope that explains my position on the matter

Yeah, I hope it went for a LOT more than 300 pounds if he had to sell it, and if he bought a PSP with the money I shall be very cross...but hey, what can ya do?

Re:Own a winners trophy!
The trophy a representation of something that only 8 teams in 8 years (correct me if I am wrong) achieved! To me, a trophy is priceless.
If I had won Knightmare, I would never sell it, even if I "wanted" the latest gadget or gizmo.
