Re:Mark Cheetham
Hello there! Nice to see you around. I think perhaps the reason why your team's demise is discussed so much is because up until that point you were doing really well (I think yours was the only team ever to get no less than three spells out of Merlin) and looked a strong contender for winning.

Re:Knightmare's most frightening bit?
The scariest bit ever for me was the demise of Tony in series 2. Mogdred's first kill - and a truly terrifying one at that, especially for a six-year old.

I'd have thought Aesandra would have a Smirnoff Ice.

Re:Moving On
I'm sorry that it didn't work out with KM-VR. I think it's a testament to the lack of imagination and courage of the tv execs that it wasn't given a chance. Thanks for trying, though. Linguistic A.I. (mainly in terms of what are loosely termed 'conversation simulators') has always been an interest o...
Re:Scullcap
You're welcome.
As I say, since you've been public about this it's only fair that I do the same. There are no ivory towers here!

Re:Scullcap
Thanks for being so decent about this, djoska, especially given your public apology which is a lot more than others have done in the past. I think it only fair that I should be equally public. Sometimes it's difficult or even impossible to understand how something could possibly cause offence to som...

Re:What would these (Unused) Spells have done?
Also, series 5's GHOST and SWITCH spells. I reckon GHOST would have done a similar thing to the one in s3. SWITCH (as opposed to CHANGE, which that team wrongly chose - probably not realising it related to the scroll's message of "fair trade is no robbery") is anyone's guess.

Yeah, CoB was in s7 - Barry's team had it in the final programme.

An interesting story! I reckon it's Hess, though, tbh.

Re:Series 4 Episode 3
I wonder if BUT would have caused Mogdred to say something like "but, then again, perhaps I shall observe your fear a little longer!" and retract the sword, before leaving.

Re:youtube.com
Either through sold DVDs, or free file transfers, this is piracy. By having episodes up for download, Challenge's audience will decrease - which means curtains for any possibility of them picking up the new series. This forum cannot condone piracy in any shape or form. This thread should not really ...

Re:Series 4 and 5 on Challenge
Hmm, that's a very, very good point, Billy. I hadn't realised that... CITV will, of course, have many hours of schedule which they will need to fill (assuming they'll be active from early morning to quite late at night) and will undoubtedly turn to their archive to fill in time. Km, which has proven...

Re:Knightmare Monopoly!
All nice ideas so far. :) Maybe, if enough ideas are suggested, there could be a vote as to what the properties etc. should finally be used and a (non-profit, just-for-fun - stay back, lawsuits!) version made accordingly, perhaps in the form of a program? Here's an idea - the jail could be Mogdred's...
