International Knightmare!

Post by Malefact »

Just imagine it!

"Enter, Stranger!"

WHOOSH!

"Who challenges my dungeon?"

"Howard Johnson III, from Philadelphia,"

"Very well! Call your advisors to us, please!"

"John Boy, Cleetus and Barb!"

*snorts into her chocolate pudding*

That would be pure blasphemy of worst kind! Don't taint the name of Knightmare!

Internantional Knightmare would, in my opinion be a rather good idea I think.  We kinda had that w/ the Spanish and French versions of Knightmare [which I hope we will one day see, although I am unsure if they still exist on film].

Why is it classed as 'blasphemy of worst kind'???  [looks confused]

It'll be like Going For Gold, but GOOD!

Nice rhyme, btw, Thanatos!  ;)

Forget International Knightmare, I'm dreading the day they decide to do a Celebrity Knightmare.

"David Beckham, Liam Gallagher, Britney Spears too
Guide Sarah Michelle Gellar on her Quest below..."

*shudders* But maybe there's a bright side. If we're lucky, we may see an annoying celebrity get killed in a gory, horrific way. Heh heh heh...

(And yes, I do find all four named celebrities annoying, especially the Dungeoneer. I can't stand Buffy! ;) )

We could do the corridor of blades for real with celeb Knightmare, not only that change the format a bit and when Sarah Mechielle Gella dies, its Beckhams turn.
Kill them off for real. rid the world of annoying Celebs  ;D
Though it wont matter when that nutter bush turns his nuclear weapons on us!!!

What about Hollywood Knightmare, which would be a rehash of the original with Hollywood actors playing the characters? I'm guessing they'd get Sir Ian McKellen (yay!) as Merlin, perhaps Jack Nicholson as Moggamoos.

LOL! Yeah! Also, have Donald Sutherland as Rothberry the Apothecary and Sigorney Weaver as Gretel!  ;D

P.S.: I too detest Buffy. (I wish there was a vomiting smilie I could put in!)

How about Hugo Myatt as Treguard? That would be a good idea... hold on, it already is true ;)

Euch, Hollywood Knightmare, it sounds awful.  I can't see KM being done well by the US in any form at all really, they usually muck every british-come USA show up when it gets over there anyway [eg Dr  Who 1996 Movie  :-/].

I'd still love to kill off some celebs though, although they don't deserve any more special mention than normal players imo grrr!

If we're going to have big names, we'll have Ian McKellen as Treguard, Alan Rickman as Lord Fear, Christopher Lee as Hordriss and Brian Blessed as the ogre.
Nice rhyme, btw, Thanatos!  ;)
Thanks. It's not as good as the proper Internationale, but it's at least better than the Billy Bragg version.  :)

Those are good choices. Someone said that the ogre looked like Brian Blessed when we were watching it last weekend.

Alan Rickman would fit the role perfectly -

Alan Rickman: "I'll get you, John McClane."
Alan Rickman: "I'll get you, Robin of Sherwood."
Alan Rickman: "I'll get you, Harry Potter."
Alan Rickman: "I'll get you, Dungeoneer."
