Corridor of blades was fantstic.
im glad that reaaaalllly irritting team in series 3 team 3 i reckon tim child should have killed them off earlier, Like say in level 1 when thy couldn't decide which pssword to use
It was satisfying to see them get cut in half, and to have the skull appear as well, wow.

Seasion five, surely?
If 'exclude' is the opposite of 'include', then what's the opposite of 'increment'?

after watching the clip with the amazing barry team in corridor of blades i cant help feeling that tim child enjoyed this team so much he let them off with the first blade he dodges on the right after standing up after he was ducking, watch closely and see the blade go through his body a tad bit , in the past other people have perished in such manner !!

i have to agree if he was let off, one of the most memerable teams in knightmare history, apart from the welsh team in series4 - SIMON, SIDE STEP TO THE LEFT, mwuhahahaha!! rock on !

Well as I own a TV capture card and editing software, I intend to capture the event (assuming this is Barry's quest), slow it down and then publish it. Get this matter concluded for all to see. :)

Barry quite definitely did not get hit by a blade. Neither did Dunstan.

ive just watched this again, im still certain it goes through his right hip, ok maybe the pixle doesnt actually go through, but u can certainly see it should at least have cut his right leg off from the hip,

hopefully the guy looking into will let us know soon, barry's team is legend, but believe u me he should be hopping around on one leg !

I do seem to remember Barry and one of the other dungeoneers being scratched by a blade - which in the older series would have lost them life force. Like in series 3 when Leo gets a clunk of the hovering axe on his head. Injuries like that gave the dungeon a greater sense of menace.

No, no, no, no, no! Neither Barry nor Dunstan was so much as scratched by a blade! It was a very near miss in each instance but a miss nonetheless. I have watched both scenes repeatedly and very carefully. I'm not an expert on optical illusions, but I've a vague notion that this one may be caused by the blades' circular nature; if they had been rectangular with sides extending as far as the radius of the blade, then both Barry and Dunstan would have been hit. Note the following statement by Alan Boyd ("Mystara" on this forum), one of Dunstan's advisors:

"Dunstan was not hit by the blade. It was close. But he wasn't hit (look at it in slow motion). They put blue masking tape on the floor to mark where the blades stretch to, so they can tell if he *should* have been hit by the blade. Of course, that doesn't mean that everything is aligned properly, graphically (which is why the blades can something seem too close to have not hit)" - http://www.knightmare.com/forum/http:// ... 4#msg25574

Now now children, lets look at the video evidence. I have slowed the following CoB clip down to aprox 15% of it's original speed. Dammm me for setting my VHS to Long Play mode at the time, but it shows the incident clearly enough.
