R.P.G. Place

Post by Malefact »

A place for next year's R.P.G. film shoot has opened up. It's due to take place in August over a period of about ten days and promises to be quite an experience! Please see Kieran for more details. Information on past R.P.G. shoots can be found in the Interactive Knightmare website.

Knightmare RPG Series 7 Filming Vacancy

Post by JamesA »

There is still a place remaining as part of the Series 7 RPG Cast & Crew in August. The place is not for the full duration however, just the final 4 nights of the production. This would be a excellent opportunity for anyone who's interested in getting involved but wouldn't normally be able to attend for the full duration also if you're just a Knightmare Fan it can be a great way to meet many others.

Just a minor update. The dates of the vacant slot is from the 17th to 21st August, and the cost to attend will be around £45.

The part time slot has now been taken, however a vacancy to attend the RPG for the full duration has recently arisen.

The full length duration is from 12th to 21st August. Not sure about cost this time however, might be worth asking Kieran or Forester with regards to this matter.

As it currently stands the full-time duration is still there, however, this can be easily split up into two part-time slots consisting of 12th-17th and 17th-21st should somone prefer only to attend for half the duration.

Again speak to Kieran or Forester if you're interested.

RPG's

Post by Brendy »

Hey there. Haven't posted in a while. Hows everyone?
I was wondering what the status of the Knightmare RPG's are? Will there ever be the format of Season 1,2 and 3 again where it was played over the internet? That was great fun! I noticed that it has gone up to 7 seasons, will they be played out or where they activites seperate from the site? Cheers guys and just want to say the site is still quality!

Hi Brendy, haven't seen you around for a while.

With some luck the RPG will be back online to be played via the chat room again. As for when...it just depends on the rate of post production on the amount of film which requires editing. Editing for blue screen is quite a lengthly process, especially when you've got three seasons of it to edit.

Completely understand. At least it's good to know that there are still plans for the RPG's to happen in the future. Are the transcripts of the previous rpg's still on the site?

You can find a log of previous RPG sessions at http://www.knightmare.com/fanstuff/rpg/index.htm

Feel free to have a look at the RPG page on IKM, the season 6 section is particularly helpful in showing what sort of things we've been up to lately.

And only one person bothers to do anything about it and receives no support from anyone else in the process.

As far as I'm aware season 7 is still currently in the process of being converted from miniDV to an editable format, by someone other than the 'one person'.

That conversion as far as I'm aware hasn't even begun!
Considering Season 6 has been available to people who want it for well over a year and only one person has done anything in regards it. So even when it's converted it doesn't mean anyone's going to work on it.
