Small piece of info. on Joanne Heywood here, apologies if everyone knows this, but she appeared in Are You Being Served? Again! in 1991 and 1992, and I even have a picture of her,

She played Ms Lovelock, and was in most if not all episodes of the shows 3 seasons (it was a re-do of the original Are You Being Served? sitcom from 1972-1985)

Stiletta, sir. Grand she was, too. Level 1 guardian in Series 8. It made it a bit prescribed, the way she had to be found to escape from the first level, pretty much, but that was a difficulty measure, and quite an exciting one at that. Humorous when Dunston called her 'Stiletto' (Furies don't wear those!) and really good when she appeared on the ship in that quest with Motley, considering the two never got along. She never get to fight off any goblins though, unlike Samantha Perkins sort of.. sweeping them off the stage at points in S4

As noted by Kieran, one of Joanne's biggest TV roles was in Grace & Favour, the 1992-1993 sequel to Are You Being Served (RIP David Croft). Miss Lovelock appeared in every episode and was particularly admired by Captain Peacock, while the women tended to bitch about her. It's not hard to see how she got the Stiletta role after this - her character is quite similar in voice and attitude, not to mention the innuendo-laden remarks!

I went to see Dead Ringer this evening - Joanne played Eva, the Prime Minister's wife. (The PM himself was played by David Callister, who once appeared in a short film starring Juliet Henry-Massy.) It was great to see her performing live, I hadn't seen any KM actor in person before. :) She used the same voice as she did in Knightmare, and her character reminded me somewhat of Stiletta's portrayal in fanfics! The website now includes some images from the show.
