I enjoyed hearing Hugo interviewed at such length, sharing so much about his early life and career. My favourite anecdote, which I don't recall hearing or reading elsewhere, was about him meeting Sylvester McCoy prior to a convention. Treguard/Knightmare and the Seventh Doctor had their TV debuts within hours of each other on 7th September 1987.
My favourite of Hugo's music choices was Édith Piaf singing Non, Je Ne Regrette Rien. Like Hugo, I was struck by it in childhood. 'No regrets' and 'there is no turning back' are not dissimilar sentiments.
