New Knightmare

Im getting a bit confused with all the new info at once, i was just wondering are there two seperate "new knightmare" projects going on at once? i.e.
1) Timegate and 2) Knightmare "series 9"

Well, it has Sir Ian McKellen in. It just has to be fabulous.
