(Erm smilies in post would help in understanding it, am I to assume it is ironic or serious?)

It's a joke (as stated at the bottom), possibly ironic. Unfortunately it's more one of those "in jokes" that only a few people understand. See I know Kieran personally through all the RPG things. And Malefact uses a picture of a Fractal for an on-line Avatar. So now you know :D

That is the strangest comment I have ever seen about me! However, I am more then used to Forester's comments, so I won't start acting violently with the shield ;)

Now all I need to worry about is people objecting to my large hands.... :)

Having known Forester for about 5 years I am more than aware that it was a joke. 8)

Sorry to butt in, this is just my 2 cents worth, i have to admit I've become a bit of a lurker, due to problems off the site, and sometimes my comp going haywire, but I'm glad Malefact and Kieran got appointed Mod positions, as in my opinion, things did get a little nasty.
When I joined way back last year, there seemed to be a general sense of camaraderie and fun, what with Emii glomping everyone, and everyone having a laugh, which is what being on a forum is all about, at least to me. Unfortunatley, in recent times, this element if fun has been missing, but will hopefully return with our new mods!
It's just a shame some of the people that used to post here have disappeared... :(
(sorry if I'm re-hashing what everyone else has said, this is just my view! ;D)

Heh, I can't remember the last time I made a post this long! :D

Thanks very much to Forester and PhoenixFlame for your kind words. :)

I vow that my fractal fronds will sweep away any nasty singularities that may come to exist in the Knightmare Set! ;)

The welcome message is still saying Happy Knew Year. Not a problem, seeing it's Chinese new year, but it still feels a bit odd seeing it's February.

Say, maybe someone could convert the message into the Chinese alphabet? ;D

Changed now :).

Suggestions for better welcome messages would be appreciated. How about "Welcome to Sainsbury's Local"?
;D

Instead of 'welcome guest' (or whever it is), how about...
"Enter Stranger!" or "Welcome watcher of illusion".

You could change it every week to a quote from the series.

How about, "Welcome to Fright-Day! Have a ball... a fire-ball!"
