Hugo Myatt interview for 25th anniversary documentary

Post by JamesA »

Thought I'd let everyone know that I met Hugo in person on Friday to interview him for my Knightmare 25th anniversary documtary.

A pleasure to meet, absolutely fantastic and a very good laugh to boot as well.

I must apologise about not posting something on here beforehand, as the meeting for the interview was arranged at very short notice (Hugo confirmed his availability to be interviewed on Monday, giving me just a few days to prepare). Hopefully if I can get more KM actors to participate and be interviewed for the documentary, there can be a longer notice of at least a week and that would give everyone on the forum the chance to put forward some questions to the other actors.

That said, Hugo was superb with the answers to the questions that I did have for him and of course, provides me with the very first material for the documentary. A photo of myself with Hugo can be found here, hopefully later on in the year I can create a photo album of all my encounters with the KM actors that I meet for an interview.

Nicely done.

Hugo looks totally different... however you, James... always the same. ;)

Some people just settle on a hairstyle sooner than others, Pooka. ;) Though I must admit, James, that you do look the same in this photo. Then again, it was the same day. :D

Ahem.... thanks.

Drassil is indeed right that rather oddly, the photo in his post did involve another KM-themed event which took place on the same day that I did the HM interview, albeit later on in the evening.

This event took place in London's Southbank Centre, and was part of Hide & Seek's Sports and Game Shows themed evening.

The Knightmare-based game was entitled "You're In A Room", and a brief synopsis can be found by scrolling down a bit after clicking on this link.

I shall attempt to write a more detailed description of what happened during that evening a little later.
