Post by WapChimney »

I've just noticed this load of KM memorabila for sale - the price seems to have rocketed quite high already - are these items really so rare?

I'd imagine they're fairly rare, yes. My personal stance is to boycott web sites like these, though, because of a general (and cynical) lack of accountability.

Yup these are pretty rare. Only people who wrote in to Knightmare really were made aware of the merchandise available via leaflets etc or via the Adventurer's Club.

Even I did not know that there were those large stickers available (I got the badge, not the stickers).

Ah, here's another one. A selection of publicity cards featuring pretty much the entire cast of Series 5, and it's already at £20+!

Knightmare Winners Trophy Series8 Team10 for sale on ebay

Post by Hawk-MyTh »

Hi all,
I was just browsing ebay and typed in knightmare, a guy from the winning team in series 8 is selling his winning trophy, this is no joke, he insists he is having money trouble and has decided to sell his precious winners trophy, it comes at a price of around £250,

now is it me or is this guy mad, if i was a part of gaming history and was in an actual winning team i would never sell it, he goes on to explain that he is the guy in the purple t-shirt with horrid hair, he gives the link to this site and tells u check series8 on the site,

would any of u actually buy it, hes got a pic of it too. give me feedback . would be intresting to see what you all think of it!?

Heres the link, if it doesnt work just type in knightmare on the search bar and scroll down.

I'm inclined to think so, the Sly Hands one for instance is the same as one of the one's on knightmare.com as found here:

Let's face it - there are autographs worth more than those of the KM cast. Mind you, they are getting quite steep in price...

Knightmare Memorabilia

Post by Andrea »

Hey all!

Just to let you know I've put some of my Knightmare memorablila on Ebay. The books aren't worth much, but at least 2 of the photos (Smirky, and Scarkill) are probably quite rare, if not bordering on unique.

Here's the link...
http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll? ... %3AIT&rd=1

Here's a list of the bundle of goodies...
KNIGHTMARE MEMORABILIA!
All seven Knightmare books:
Knightmare - quite tatty and old, but pages are sound
Knightmare: The Labyrinths of Fear - old but not bad
Knightmare: Fortress of Assassins - old but ok
Knightmare: The Sorcerer's Isle - Old but ok
Knightmare: Lord Fear's Domain - good condition
Knightmare: The Forbidden Gate - excellent condition
Knightmare: The Dragon's Lair - excellent condition

A set of 5 mini coloured pencils in a case with the Knightmare logo
A blue Knightmare mug with a silver Frightknight logo - never used

Cast photos
Treguard and Pickle - signatures printed on card (not handwritten)
Treguard and Majida - signatures printed on card (not handwritten)
Photo of Elita, autographed in black pen by Stephanie Hesp
Photo of Gwendaline, autographed in blue ink by Juliet Henry Massy
Photo of Iceandra, autographed in blue ink by Juliet Henry Massy
Photo of Scarkill and one of his goblins (this was given to me by the producer, to draw for the first edition of the Knightmare Knews!)
Photo of Smirkenorff the Dragon (this was also given to me by the producer, to draw for Knightmare Knews!)
THE CLIMB
Girl-fronted rock band

eBay Knightmare Auctions

Post by Illusion »

For some reason, in recent weeks/months there has been quite a few auctions of original Knightmare merchandise/memoribillia. This is unusual as normally Knightmare stuff listed on eBay were books and old computer games.

All 10 knewsletters of The Knightmare Adventurer's Club sold for £21. Fair enough they are quite rare:
http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll? ... 6533032511

A set of books, photos, mug and pencils for £21.05.
http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll? ... 4729410947

But the most interesting is this set of 16 cast photos going for £143 and the auction isn't even over yet!

*looks at photo collection... hmm...*

Very interesting indeed, Illusion. It would appear that a lot of gameshow memorabilia is popular on Ebay. I'll have to keep my eye out of Knightmare merchandise.
