Re:Newbie to the forum, but not to Knightmare...

xD

I was being sarcastic, so no worries. You'll probably notice a lot of sarcasm from me in my posts - I guess it's just my style. I'm not offended in the slightest.

Re:French Knightmare

The children seemed to be a lot more intelligent. Their maneuvering was excellent (if you ignore the initial mishap in room one).

The dance of the Labyrinth monsters was also quite amusing. I would have been tempted to tell the Dungeon Master to take over if he'd have shouted at me like that.

Re:Ellie Encounter Clip

The lady reminds me of that sherwood foresty woman in series 5.

Re:Series 1 - Episode 8

Weird. I never realised that the team didn't use their spell.

Heh. Hooray for in-depth episode discussion.

Re:Series 2 - Episode 2

I think the girls' team would have died a lot sooner without Treguard's help. In series 1, Treggs seemed to be quite a nasty piece of work, and he enjoyed watching the Dungeoneers die horrible deaths. In this series, he's helped two teams avoid serious mistakes (taking the cup with a bitter taste, f...

That, Skarkill, was uncalled for.

Re:Best Screen for Guides

The teams seemed to struggle with the screen in series 4-7, as they were sat quite far away from it. If you look closely, you can see a lot of the kids lurching forwards on their stools.

The treasure chest was my personal favourite, as the pool was a big fake.

Re:Series 2 - Episode 2

For some reason, I thought the girls' team was going to be killed by Ariadme the spider. Then, as soon as they entered the level 2 clue room, I remembered exactly how they were going to die.

My Mum (who was watching with me) was quite disappointed, as she managed to answer the riddles correctly. xD

Re:Series 5 Episode 10 (Mon. 10th)

Believe it or not, I'm actually chuffed to bits that I'm in semi-contact with a team member I watched die when I was 4 years old.

Goodness, that's sad. xD

Re:Bring Knightmare back, the original, not like VR...

I'll be pleased regardless - as long as they keep some sort of groovy life-force clock. The one in series 1-5 was excellent, and should be updated and used for the new KM.

If it ever happens, that is...

Re:Series 5 Episode 10 (Mon. 10th)

Analyzing is bad. xD

Your team did well (from what I can remember). You should be proud of yourself.

And yes, you were one of only a few teams to use the amazingly useful side-step maneuver.

Re:Knightmare ratings - official figure

I'm a little disappointed with those figures...

But, they're still impressive for a minor cable channel. :)

I certainly didn't expect so many replies in such a short amount of time.

This board is pretty active. I'll definitely stick around. :D

Re:New Knightmare

I doubt anything will happen that quickly. I predict a couple of years' wait until anyone commissions a brand new series of a show that might not appeal to the general public. Sure, there are many fans of Knightmare out there, but I don't think many channels will take a chance on something like this...

Newbie to the forum, but not to Knightmare...

Hello there, everyone. I'm Jayren (formerly known as "Rainecloud"). I've been a fan of Knightmare for years now, and I fondly recall watching episodes after school every Friday when I was just three years old. You may have seen the "Knightmare Funnies" I submitted to Nicholas back in 2002 - if not, ...
