One of the categories on this list-based, Nick Knowles fronted gameshow tonight was "The 100 Most Popular UK Gameshows" and Knightmare was one of them! Sadly, the contestants didn't give this as one of their twenty correct answers, but KNIGHTMARE was on the featured list of possible answers, along with such classics as Fun House and Jungle Run!

I once saw a film called Who Dares Wins. In my opinion it's brilliant: an action movie from the 1980s with a very British feel and a cracking theme. And then the end credits revealed something I hadn't realised: John Woodnutt's in it. If you're curious, it's available on DVD.

Nice to see Big Break on there as well, but Banzai? Is that technically a game show?

Very good point! A lot of the answers on that list really weren't gameshows by any stretch of the imagination if you ask me - the contestants' final winning answer was Strictly Come Dancing!
