Hand-sewn cuddly Pooka!!

Sounds rather strange here folks, but me and my mum made a pooka from rags and a sponge!!!
It looks well good!
I cut the turnip shape out of the sponge, wrapped it in a slice of green-overall-textile,
then my mum sew it up into a shape that defined it's kinked tail (with dangly bit that leads it to a point).
We then sew eye's, pupils, eyelids etc.
Then I designed cheek-cushions (pookas have puffy cheeks) and my mum sew them on (it was difficult getting the proportions right!
I then cut out some rough lengths and sew them on from the centre of the head (there was a bag-like gathering at the top centre)- these were it's hair.(leaves, spikes or the like)
Final details were added using permanent marker.
There you have it- a pooka for all to enjoy!!!
...it had my girlfriend and my mum in stitches!!!!
I'll try and put a picture of it on the net if I can do it!
