Have seen him listed as a moderator for ages but have never seen a post by our elusive comerade.

Who is he/she/it?

Mystara was the last person to run BBK, as the website is still in his name (although not necessarily active), he moderates the forum. Although, as you may have guessed, he does not often visit it, if ever.

I last saw him on the forum about two months ago. He didn't make a post though.

He is none other than Alan Boyd, an advisor on series 8's winning team. We'll get to see him (as he was a decade ago ) this week.

Yes, I accidently missed out that particular detail! Oh well, maybe he'll head back when he's back on TV.

He's still running the BBK petition (he still hosts it, and pays for its advertisments on google groups as well as occasionally sending out the petition).

But he is damn glad he automated the thing. It uses up a huge amount of his very limited time.

He often talks about himself in the third person and reads the forums only every so often.

Yo! Thanks for that. Hopefully, if things work out, we won't need a BBK petition anymore, which will save on adverts. Oh, and there'll be a new series of Km, which would be a bit of a bonus.

I *might* have some news of my own regarding new Knightmare stuff.

Just a point of information as well, Alan was the second-ever external visitor to Knightmare.clara.net, after myself - we were pretty close for a while... great guy to talk to about AD&D, and fantasy stuff.

He has posted on this forum within the past month or so.

This topic was started back when all this were fields - that is to say, when What Knext? was Bring Back Knightmare, and Alan/Mystara was its honorary co-Moderator.

I wonder if he's up to much these days...
