Ok...here's a few random games....

Alfred Chicken, Gods, Sensible Golf, Quake, Lemmings, Blobz, Zac McKraken and the Alien Mindbenders, Beneath a steel Sky, Monkey Island, Zool, Titus the Fox, Blues Brothers, Krusty's Fun House, James Pond, Knightmare, Super Stardust, Theme Park, Duke nukem, Nemac IV, Testament, Colonization, Virocop, Xenon, Speedball 2, Wild Cup Soccer, Vital Light, Trolls, Kick Off 2, Gobliiins, PGA Tour Golf, Jimmy White's whirlwind snooker, Shadow of the Beast, Rise of the Robots, International rugby Challenge, Kick Off '96, Last Action hero...

Ok, the last few are terrible. Here are hundreds of more names to see if any bells ring...http://www.angusm.demon.co.uk/AGDB/Alphabetical.html

For others watching at home, see how many you can recognise, then get back to thinking about Knightmare again. (I put this last bit in so we won't go wildly off topic, although this has happened already...)

Yeah, I didn't want to be a killjoy, but I was going to say... how the hell did this thread get onto tamagotchi and the Amiga?

It's all technology related. sort of... ::)

Googlewhacks-latest craze-tamagotchis-failings of today's technology-good ol' days and the Amiga.

That, with a slight detour in Canada, is how to get from a to b.

So, googlewhacks. anyone tempted? I'm not.

As well as the game, there's also the knice-looking screen panel used in series 4-6 in knightmare.

I think I'll use my Amiga now, actually.

I'm sure if I remember correctly that that panel was used in a couple of games that I used to play, unless I am getting confused as to when I used to watch those series'. I don't know if they were Amiga games or Commodore +4 ones. (Now I wonder since as you can still find and play Spectrum games can you still find and play Commodore +4 and 64 games.)

On the subject of retro consoles, how about the Megadrive? I loved that thing. It still takes pride of place by my PS2 and N64. I had an emulator for it but it won't work on my new P.C, anyone know one that would work with XP?
