I hate haveing to ask for help but I'm a big enough person to accept it and swallow my pride and say thank you.

and I say good on you for trying . My dad is a really bad speller. He is American but originally from a place called Puerto Rico (around the Carribbean area), but he has lived in England for about 25 years and off and on before that. The annoying thing is about him not being able to spell very well is that he doesn't make an effort by asking me or my mum how to spell words or he keeps using a dictionary.
