My sister ended up needing braces because she'd made herself bucktoothed by excessive thumb-sucking; but when I had braces it wasn't for that reason.

There is a member of my family who doesn't suck her thumb, but chews it, to the point of squeaking; I can't attempt to justify it...

Some kind of auto-cannibalism fetish?

I have a cousin who had the most horizontal teeth imaginable because of thumb-sucking, and she had the most elaborate mixture of braces for day to night use, but these days you'd never believe it. Pristine teeth from cheek to cheek. How does she do it?

I've never sucked my thumb in my life but I do bite my nails.

My New Year's Resolutions are to finish working on my website so that 60% of the links AREN'T 404s, to get a better job, and to collect the mightiest Brettonian Warhammer army this side of the border.
