Whoa! Quite a reponse to this one. It's a shame it's all bad news.  ::)

I'm afraid I'm not able to stray very far away from home because that would mean having to stay the night somewhere and my finances won't stretch that far. A day's meet-up is all I can manage, I'm afraid. That's why I'm trying to convene an Essex-based meet-up. :)

I'm working for the next week or so and then I'm out of the country on holiday and I won't be back until the 28th of August so I couldn't make it earlier than that. That does mean that there's a fair bit of time to sort things out.

In terms of safety etc., it would be prudent it several people were to be involved in a meet-up, meeting at a suitably public location. What with all the horror stories we get in the news these days (not that I'm suggesting for a second that that kind of element exists here) the vast majority of us have never met in real life before. We could, after all, be anybody. I don't want a certain someone to think I'm grooming them. ;)

hmmmmm, sleeping in a crampt tent with your mate who smells because neither of you have been able to wash for 2 days and the toilet facilities are, well BAD, whilst desperately trying to ignore the fact that your neighbours on one side are having their tent and its entire contents nicked by some people who smell worse than your other neighbours who are clearly part of a hippy pot commune whose main objectives seem to be getting stoned and not washing.....

Yeah Reading! Cool! i am SO up for that!

hehe

It's 5 star or nothing for Roxxy

Not that I have anything against those who go to music festivals ;D

No offence Roxx, but I don't know about Snowwie - she may have completely different views to me, but I always hate it when people ask me to "say something in German". I never know what to say!
Snowwie - what's "how are you?" or "I have sunburn"?

"Oh! Mr D'Arcy! Could you please justify your unexplained proximity? One was attempting to engage in a post-meridian reverie, don't ya know!" :D

OK. Let's stick to shorter words in future (such as 'yes') ;)

I was born in Finland and I watched Knightmare on the Sci-fi channel... but the only Knightmare I now have is the tapes and sites

yes Maley, yes is a nice short word, I like

*Worried that Maley can quote Pride and Prejudice off the top of his head and hopes it is not a regular occurance*

*Worried that she recognises that Maley quoted Pride and Prejudice*

Apologie Emii and Snowwie then, didn't mean to be annoying.

Perhaps you could tell us what 'Knightmare rocks' or 'Knightmare is the best TV programme ever' is in German/Finnish then guys?!

;D
