Series 3 Team 8 Douglas, Richard, Derek and Matthew from Weston-Super-Mare
Quest for the Crown : Duration 13mins

Yes how they failed to tell Motley there was a snake behind him, amazes me. Even when Treguard was saying: "Look team," and "well don't just tell each other."

You couldn't get much of a bigger hint than that.

Also Series 5 Team 7 Chris, Paul, Keith and CiarĂ¡n from London
Quest for the Crown : 40mins

Not quite stupid but never the less funny when he told the team he wanted to stay as a goblin.

Also when the advisor says to Chris

Advisor: "Chris you've turn into a .............. goblin."

Treguard: "A goblin I think it is."

Akash's and Mave's teams seemed pretty dumb.

Pendragon it would be helpful if you could say what series and team we are talking about, just to save time looking up quests I can't remember in the series guides.

It's a case of daft (or panicky) advisors, the poor dungeoneer with the misfortune of that is at their mercy...like Simon. :-X

Akash was series 2, I can't remember the team and Mave was series 1 team 2. Sorry I just thoughtt you'd know because there weren't any other dungeoneers with those names.

I'm actually useless at remembering details and I don't have SKY so can't see the repeats on Challenge. (NB I'm at uni, my family do have SKY at home)

I am only 21, so I was only 4 when series one was on, and 5 when series 2 was on.

I don't remember when I was actually watching Knightmare. I know for certain I watched 1993 espoides.

Its just a lot easier if you say which quest each thing is, cause if like me "you are useless at remembering details" it means you don't have to look through pages and pages of series guides. Thanks.

I usually remember the series and the team, but can never remember the team number or episode number.

i wouldn't say Mave's team were stupid as they had never seen anyone on the show before. Obviously they weren't clear on the rules that they were allowed to take 2 objects. plus in later series if they only took 1 im sure one of the characters would have told them to take 2

[Series 3 - Team 1] - I never recalled anyone of the advisors say walk forward, do you?

[Series 3 - Team 5] - Don't know what they were thinking there

[Series 4 - Team 4] - Someone getting their 'Lefts' and 'Rights' wrong!

[Series 6 - Team 1] - Slipped off the causeway block, very nicely peformed fall there too!

[Series 8 - Team 3] - Misjudgement! Or if not said too soon!

"Our directional sense was poor to say the least and we still have arguments as to who's fault it was, watching it on TV with some clever editing makes it look like my fault!"

Erm if we believe this to be true, it was one of the advisors who told him to walk forward and then it was edited out.

And that was for Series 3 Team 1.

That squeaky voice was classy ;D I wonder what the reasoning behind that was. One of the first Knightmare episodes I ever saw, if not the first, I think...

There was the all-girl team in Series 3, I think it was, who couldn't tell left from right. That was painful to watch. Took them about five minutes just to leave the first room, ended up sidestepping off-camera through a wall at one point too. Knew they wouldn't last long.

That clip of team 5 in Series 8 panicking at the end of level one after the dungeoneer sidesteps to the opposite side of the room from the exit while being chased by goblins is priceless too..
That's the kind of tension we loved Knightmare for! ;D

its not exactly stupid but in seris 3 team 6 (ross's quest i think) they say he fell off looking at it i looks the the turn into the room was actually some sort of ramp..
