Can anyone tell me if the Knightmare episodes broadcast on Challenge are subtitled?

Nice try.

Try it with subtitles on in the main tv guide menu. I can't honestly say as I'm not anywhere near a satellite TV.

I'd check, but the TV doesn't have Teletext, believe it or not.

Any knews on this?

The reason I'm asking is that I had an e-mail the other day from a TV subtitling company who were subtitling a Series 7 episode (presumably fro Challenge) and wanted to know how to spell the Brollachan.

Ah ok, well, we'd have to wait until series 7 comes along because thats when hes first mentioned... But then its just a case of getting it off the end credits...

I don't know about Sky or Telewest, but it appears that KM isn't subtitled on NTL, but you probably all knew that anyway. If it's not subtitled on any of them, then I think that the deaf, hard of hearing and people surrounded by loads of noise should complain about it then!

The peeps that subtitle KM are fab...I caught one of the first few eps of series 7 (With Subbies on) where Smirky was talking to one of the teams:

"Your Mama told me you wanted a ride."

I am sure that what he really meant to say was:

"Romahna told me you wanted a ride."!

The line which was subtitled kinda gives me the impression of a real hardcore Smirky in some kinda US street gang- "Yo' Mama" etc.

Tis good to see the show subtitled though! :)

Isn't it wonderful to see attention to detail? Ah well, maybe Smirky will meet a 'Mama' one day...
