I assume she made it up. She uses the same insult for Sly Hands and Lord Fear!

If it were beef bonce it'd be synonomous with 'meat head' which of course is fairly derogatory. Not as overt slighting as cow..slip but not as much fun as dragonsbreath for companion with other dungeon expletives.
