I'll try and cut down on the number of pics of his Lordship that I post on this forum - does that help?  ;)

Yes, the red eyes/fireball combination was always terrifying. I always felt very sorry for the Brollochan though. I may have this wrong, but there was only one thing about him/it that made me shiver, and that was the sharp teeth...or am i going barmy?

Since I don't think anybody's mentioned it (I may be wrong), I'll put in a word for the Corridor of Blades. Fabulous sound combined with an excellent design. Along with the Block and Tackle, the two obstacles where I really expected teams to die. With the teams who stumbled their way through the previous puzzles, I just thought "Just wait until you get to the Corridor of Blades..."

Two thingsscared me: Automaton and Mogdred.

I think what made most things so scary was the music and Hugo's convincingly terrifying warnings. And that Automaton was just terrifying. He just kept coming, slowly. It was like Doctor Who.

Mogdred was just really creepy. You believed that he truly was evil. How could that actor play two such different people!

I agree about Mogdred, but the Automatun was just too slow to do any real damage

I think was the scariest moment was Ariadnes Lair in series 4. Being 7 i was terrified. Level 3 in Series 3,4 and 6 where pretty scary as well

Hey, someone who agrees with me on Ariadne's Lair. Cool. Series 4 was definitely her most frightening abode. I hope she makes a return in any new series.

I liked the idea of Ariadne creeping up on dungeoneers in the forest  :)

Yes, that was what I thought could work really well in the forest environments. In the forest there are a lot more places evil things can come from, whereas in a room with two doors, well, the possibilities are more limited.

Unless you're a Brollachan, of course. ;)
