Re: Series 8, Episode 10

Thanks Oliver you cetainly have provided us with more! :D That's a really informative post and I'm sure if you submitted it as an article on the site with maybe a few exclusive pictures from your archive that it would reach an even bigger audience. On a similar note if you'd like me to do an intervi...

Re: The Midnight Hunt

IF this is still going ahead on the proposed dates then I'm definitely out on this occasion now sorry. Flight and accomodation has been booked. If people want to use Présov, Slovakia on evenings of 24th and 25th of January I'm game. The wedding party have already politely declined doing it on their ...

Re: Knightmare in TV listings (1980s and 1990s)

Great stuff, thanks for retreiving that information. It's nice that the teams were, sometimes at least, viewed on equal terms by the media to the bona fida stars of the Dunhelm players Hugo, John, Mark et al.

Re: Series 4 - Episode 16

I haven't seen that many of these tv listings for Knightmare since their original publication. I wonder if this is the first one to name the team members in it?

Re: The Midnight Hunt

Sorry to bring more bad news but today I've been invited to an old university friend's wedding in Slovakia the intended weekend in January. It seems people know no bounds in trying to usurp my birthday celebrations these days! I'm looking into it's viability and once know for definite I'll update ag...

Re: The Midnight Hunt

That's a real shame, the only other possibility would maybe be a 'controlled environment' like that big warehouse Forester offered? The insurers may be more palatable to it and whilst reducing the gameplay somewhat from it's current form makes it perhaps more akin to Knightmare and Crystal Maze with...

Re: Radio Times 'top children's programmes of all time'

What's particicurly irking on this is that by opting for 'experts' they have completely ignored the public consensus on previous polls of this nature even those hosted by themselves in previous years. As the public are the ultimate arbiters of success or failure of a show on transmission I'd be more...

Re: Knightmare Werewolf - Weremare?

Has a random player selected. Wins only if that player is killed. The Boatman? Prevents a player's card from being looked at or moved. The Gatekeeper? Looks at two cards, one after the other. If one of the cards is a goblin or gargoyle, the paranormal investigator becomes a goblin or gargoyle (resp...
