Re: Meetups for 2011
Yes indeed, hence the idea requires development.
Should be held as an extra thing on top of the three events mentioned earlier, even if Camelot is not such a good idea. Darn not going to be about to get the group on Knightmare...the ride.

Re: Meetups for 2011
It is always a good idea to have the main meets as centralised as possible. Sometimes it can't be done, sometimes it can. London sees most of the activity for mini-meets simply because a lot of KMers live in that area. Alas I do not, so I always appreciate it when things move a little moree Northwar...

Re: Series 8, Episode 10
Yes I thought the story had some accuracy in it, probably why I remember it after so many years :D If indeed they had known it was the final episode, they would have almost certainly tried to do something more with it. I do feel sorry for that final team being crammed in at the last moment. They wer...

Some nice ads in here.
Aside from the obvious KM content, it is nice to see such shows as Victor & Hugo and Woof! pop up in them. Ahh, such ace times, such ace shows.

Well I hope you find plenty of things on offer here
We're having a good fiddle with the site, forum and chatroom so some nice fun events may be coming up which you can get involved in. Watch this > < space.

Mini-Meets
So, we have all read the Meetups for 2011 thread, right? Gooood. (it's here by the way ;) http://www.knightmare.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=32&t=2786 ) Basically I'd like to see not only our main meetups throughout the year, but also some mini-meetups for inbetween. These meets will be on a small ...

Re: Meetups for 2011
To my 12 year old self, it was a pretty decent occasion certainly.
Seemed to be as decent as the Pleasure Beach anyway. And people seemed to like that last year

Re: Series 8, Episode 10
Iona Kennedy was indeed pregnant during S8 filming. She appeared as Maldame of course, but from a tale I read some years ago the Sidriss character had to be shelved for the first half of the series because her dress didn't fit. No idea if that is true or not... Still, as they didn't know this would ...

Re: Meetups for 2011
The new years trip itself was mentioned as far back as 2004. This, if it happens, requires some very careful and very early organising. I am fully up for it, as I'd rather like to do something different for my new years next year. I it gets decent interest then I'll start looking into our options (o...

Re: Can we see a new era of Knightmare
It would of course be awesome to see some new life injected into Knightmare...As for a re-appearence as a series on television, that is exceptionally doubtful after the failure of the recent KMVR revival. However, I like to try and focus on the communal aspects of our website, in particular trying t...

Which Who story have you watched in 2011?
Yes, tell us each time you watch a Who story in 2011.
Tell us what it is, and even a little opinion on how good/bad/meh/timeywhimey it was.
I have started the year with the 2 part tale: The Time Of Angels.
My second favourite of Matt's debut year. An awesome tale.

Aha, I am glad there is some movement on this.
Has it really been so long since it was last played?
Someone has been stealing time in the dungeon...

Re: Best/Worst Improvisers?
Mark Knight wins the Improviser of the Year award from me, for sure. He could think up a good line at lightspeed, and this is evident throughout all of his characters. Clifford Norgate never slipped up, and Paul Valentine, especially as Sly Hands (and especially with Barry's team) was always quick t...
