Which was better skull ghosts or Pookas?

Were the early ones better than the later ones, this applies to skull ghosts and pookas?

I liked the old skull ghosts and the old pookas because they were far more creepy than the later ones.

Skulls, old

The new ones looked far to.. 'intact'
While the old was looked very broken down and weird.
plus the new ones had the horribale teeth chattering sound.

Pookers... well i can never remember how different they looked to each other, but i did like the chanting

And the other skull type things (s6) were indeed rubbish

I liked the old Hauntings best. (the Series 2 ones) To me it seems that the more animated they got, the less scary they were. I thought the old Pookas (the non-green ones) were better too, because the CGI ones were just... stupid-looking.

The green ones were quite unnerving - imagine one of those coming out of your cupboard! But yeah they did kind of look like a green version of the guy behind the curtain in The Wizard of Oz!

The old ghosts were by far the best.

That said, the series 4 ghosts looked nice - technology-wise

The series 6 onward pookas looked the best technologically - i didnt like the really old ones outside the crazed hefer

The series 6 ghosts were just annoying

The ghost in series 2 clue room?
Not the cavern wraithe or whatever it was called.

It did look good for it's time!!

Floating skulls, errr... a bit cheesy and jerky.

Pookas, old and new- well good, scared the sh*t into us all when we were kids, and now I look back, they're the best!

Stormguiests- ugly angular things- looked like dogs skulls and made horrible screechy noise.

Pooka screensaver anyone?
