Post by Ben5067 »

Nope. I think its nice to keep the weekends free of KM on challenge, they already have it in a prime slot weekdays

Also... no need to type in bold.

How about showing a series a day, it would be one long Knightmare week (I'm sure there's a pun in my sentence somewhere).

No, you're not - that is a dirty word on this forum. Go wash your mouth out!

Perhaps afetr it's been on a while, but atm it's too much of a new and exciting thing - we wouldn't want to overdo it at this stage.

I find the love that Satellite channels have of whole days devoted to one programme very annoying. It's cooking the goose that lays golden eggs.

Knightmare back to back

Post by tomyboy »

I have an idea! If Challenage showed a "Knightmare day" with back to back episodes showing all day. That way my friend can record them for me on only one day!

Mm, that was suggested on another thread a few days ago. Can't say for sure but the impression I got is that people aren't in favour of that. Viewers are sick to death of Takeshi's Castle because Challenge keep showing episodes by the lorry-load, and I have a nasty suspicion that they'll feel the same about KM if we get overloaded with that.

I'd personally welcome a KM day, yet it would damage the show if it were to happen.

Still, the tapes will do if I want a marathon! 8)

I think Challenge have gotten their showings of Knightmare pretty fine, for now.
It's on quite frequently, yet of course the only draw back would be not having Challenge.

For those ol' deprived souls who dont own copies of Knightmare, the showings at 7.30pm will do.

I don't see the point, sorry. I could be working all day that day, and miss most of a series because it was shown throughout one day.

It has a pretty good timeslot atm

But then again, the amount of Takeshi's Castle they show has probably out dragged Knightmare by miles. A half-day or day won't hurt anyone... It's not very funny, only Craig Charles' commentary is! Besides it's full of Japs and no others...
If the only way is onward how would you get home for tea?? :-/

"It's full of Japs and no others"? What's wrong with that? Should we avoid watching episodes of Knightmare that only feature white English teams then?
