The Quest 2.3: Introduction

By Keith McDonald

Introduction to Volume 2, Issue 3 of The Quest, Official Newsletter of the Knightmare Adventurers Club.

A 1990 character shot of Treguard (Hugo Myatt) and Pickle (David Learner).

Greetings, Adventurers! Which do you want first - the good news or the bad news? People always want the bad news first so I shall be contrary - the good news then, yes, you've guessed it there is going to be a new series of the best ever television programme with dragons in it - Knightmare!! The bad news is - Lord Fear is rumoured to have a new henchman in tow and he looks pretty evil...turn to pages 4 & 5 for more details.

We will be going into production in the late Summer with lots of our old friends and some new ones but I really can't tell you much more at this stage for fear of incurring the wrath of the Producer who wouldn't be happy if I gave away all his secrets (and he's bigger than me) but if you read on you'll definitely have a sneak preview of some of the developments.

As usual we have Knightmare Knews on Page 2 and the Ghoul's gallery proved so successful that it will be a regular feature. Please keep your contributions coming in.

I must leave you now, Lord Fear is coming in for a fitting of his robes and rumour has it that his waist size has increased since he took to eating chocolate worms at the end of the last series which means he has to go on a diet or wear a corset, either way he's not going to be happy!
